I haven’t heard about anything teleworker or 6000 specific
You can use the embedded voicemail to record calls, I assume that this can be done with a Teleworker set as well.
It’s basically a 3 way conference with the voicemail. Mitel display sets will show 3 way Conference, and the conference tone will sound when you start a record.
It's acceptable if you need to record one or two sessions.
In our case it's 16 agents per shift. Besides that few of them work at remote locations. Currently we record everything using redbox server which captures RTP traffic on the ethernet port of ICP. Normally all the calls for the call center terminate on this ICP but now I need to receive some "special" traffic from other location. So my options is to buy another RB server for that location ($15K) and every other when needed or to force RTP traffic to cross some central point for all the agents.

You have not set this up correctly if you are getting that on your display. These instructions can be found in your Technicians Handbook or associated How-Too on MOL. What you are describing is not correct.
What recording solution (IP or TDM)is there for a situation where I have a very small call center, say 6 agents on 10 lines in a collection agency who need to have full time recording of all their calls (incoming and outgoing) and stay with the call even if transferred? (obviously something on the trunk side).
It would also need some type of indexing capability so we can find any one specific call after-the-fact, like say a month or two later and be able to search by and sort on any field, such as callerID, or digits dialed, or by agent, date/time, duration, etc. i.e., something on the order of the Marathon Pro but on a much smaller scale and without that big of an investment. (The recording budget is only $10k which they hope can include install & user/admin training & 1st yr ma) Client prefers something stand-alone that is external to the PBX, but that's not absolute. Beep tone is not required (not wanted). Redundant/mirrored media was inquired about, but big bucks might scare that away.
I think their budget is too low but there again I don't know what's available.
You'll love this.. Presently they have an old TIE key system (!) that's about to have 'TAPS' played over it one final time with an equally antique Moviola/Magnasync multitrack recorder with induction coupling on the back of each agent's earpiece. As part of a move into brand new digs they will be getting a 3300CXI and new 5212 IP phones (wheeee!!!!) in June.
