Recording DBCC SHOWCONTIG 1

Guys,

I have a script that will write out a SHOWCONTIG for all tables in a DB to a text file in legibale format. Question is, does anyone know if there is an easy was to write these to a table with a date time stamp so I can do some trend analysis to see how often the fragmentation is going to be degrading?
