Greetings from Seattle,

I'm pretty sure I have done this before. I want to change a company greeting remotely on Call Pilot, BCM 400 3.6. I put in my 11 digit number in the recording section of the Call Pilot. System attempts to dial out but reports back that this is an invalid number. I seem to be missing a piece of the puzzle here?

Thanks for any and all assistance

Soop

Great Advice man, but I have already tried that.

Do you have a distination code (9) programed to a route (001) to use a line pool or PRI.

create the greeting as a WAV file on your pc, then use the import option in the greeting. I have several remote BCM's, I do this almost weekly.
