Is it possible to have conversations on a BCM recorded for quality purposes?

A client wants to have the audio from all calls made recorded..(BCM 400 4.0)

the onboard call pilot can record calls and it must enabled in the mailbox COS. is this just for one station or all phones. there are other options, tap the lines, tap the handsets etc.

if you want all calls all sets sort of thing
you will need a third party system like pandavoice,pc based
used at police/fire stations

When you say "recording conversations for quality purpose" you probably mean you're using ICC with agents?
If so, depending of the number of agents you could go with recording solution like Algo Solutions Aux recorder either with the shelf(up to 16 sets,32 sets max with 2 shelfs) or with a stand alone auxbox installed at the supervisor phone where he can record on demand while monitoring the different agents.
