Recording calls

Hi,

I'm quite new to the MD110 but I was wondering what solutions are available for call recording on this PBX. Have a PRI line running into the box and would like to record on all the extesion (simultaneously if possible) any help would be appreciated, link to other sites, tutorials, whatever you can point me to. Thanks and I look forward to some kewl ideas.

Are you planning to record what? Audio(conversation). Or SMDR data? There are plenty of devices you can choose from. If you like to record conversation you can try MIRRA for audio. SMDR, not sure who can supply in your country.

Hi Grinchstyle as Patcher said what are you wanting to record if it's smdr data We use TABS here in NZ on a lot of sites and I find it very good. If you want audio you would need to do extension at a time as the Pra is digital and many chanels.
