Recording calls within Call Centre

Hi,

Is there a third party application that could be connected to the BCM that will enable a company to record all the calls into a Call Centre for training/monitoring purposes.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Parallax makes a recording product that works right off the digital ports. That would probably do what you need it to do.

Algo (AuxBox) and Panda Voice also make recorders that physically interface to the digital ports.
