Recording calls with a CP 100

Does anyone know if a CP 100 will record actual conversations on a phone? I think there is a feature code for this. Does the phone have to be a supervisor of a call que group to do this. I just need for one person to record some of his phone calls.

You could try feature 989, I know it works on the BCM.

feature 989 should work make sure you enable record call under the mailbox class of service

I read in documentation CD for CP 3.0 that COS 1 - 16 do not have record calls enabled. How od you turn that feature on in COS?

Go to class of service in CP and check the aloow record box.
