My customer needs to start recording and saving all conversations on three 4412D sets. (Magix 4.0 V7) Does anyone have a product suggestion or solution?

Mike

VirtualLogger works great, it might be a little pricey for just (3) stations but it will definitely get the job done.

I'm using Merlin Messaging, but these sets don't have a mailbox..

Assuming you have a 4 port license, the cheapest way would be to create a mailbox for those phones and use the call recording feature.

If you have Merlin Messaging R4 and want to give them a mailbox, you have a recording solution that is already paid for.

Or check out I've used these several times for stock brokers etc

oops. "and an R4 messaging" should be in that post.

I'm sure the application of recording all calls would be pretty cumbersome using the call record feature of Merlin Messaging.
