Hello,
I'm trying to record a new auto attendant message using the Application Builder program, I know at one point the person working here prior to me was able to use the program to dial an extension and then after hearing a beep or something like that they could record a new recording for the main phone line. I've made a phone tree with all the menus and transfers, but every time I go to make a new recording the little recording box comes up but the extension I input isn't dialed. Any tips on how to proceed with troubleshooting this?
