Recording Audio

I need to find a way to record one hour of audio (in .wav format) to a hard drive with one sound card and with another sound card, play a one hour sound file.

I am not really familiar with TMediaPlayer. Is there a way to do this with that or does anyone know of a better way? I will need to begin recording the one hour file at 10 minutes before each hour.
