We’re experiencing an issue on the DT900 line of phone's. The recording application on the phones stops streaming to the DVS Encore recording server, if the user reboots/unplugs their phone from power. When the phone comes back up headset mode still remains enable and breaks the phones ability to stream. If we get it out of headset mode and reboot it again, it streams successfully to the recording server.
