I'am bidding a job Norstar MICS w/NAM but the customer wants to record most calls and burn to CD or archive.
I'am not sure if call pilot 150 is what I need. Any suggestions? My wholesaler is not impressed with callpilot.

MCK makes a recorder for norstar and there are other recorders out that can VOX the calls off of the trunks. The NAM is marginal for this kind of a job because of the manual feature for each recording (feat 9 8 9) and the announce and beep tones. JerryReeve

The call pilots are great. But as JerryReeve says above they are not good for that one purpose. Additionally to MCK, Algo and Viking may have something too.

Thanks
MCK looks like what i'am looking for.
