Recording AA on BCM 400

I am unable to get into Call Pilot via F983 on this BCM 400 with SW 3.7 to record the AA prompts and set up the CCR.

I can get into Call Pilot via the Main Menu but how do I actually record the AA voice prompts? I am use to doing that on a teleset.

F983 doesnt work on 3.7 and below.
Click on "voice" next to the greeting in order to record thru a set.

go to AA, company greetings, and press voice next to the greeting you want to record. enter an extension by you and press dial. answer the phone, then control the recording using the on screen buttons.
