Is there a cls or prompt that has to be turned on to record a DN call? I have a cs1000 running rls 5. I have a recording system called virtual observer which I can record acd callls with no trouble at all. In this case I need to record both acd and DN. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

the systems I have used require an AST license and set IAPG to the key numbers you want to record on each set
