I am new at this, but can someone let me know how to record a new announcement. We are using a norstar ICS with a cinphony acd. Any help would be great. Thanks for your help.

usually to record announcements if you enter Feature 909 then enter the announcement number you want to record. you may want to check the announcements that are already set up for instance announcement 001 enter it then press play.. good luck..
