the Avaya ATAC replied that the feature described below has been around for a while and is actually a feature on the CM/Definity.

Any tips on how to program this feature to work using and Avaya VM such as Intuity or MM?

"A client has a Mitel SX200 ICP that has a feature called "Record a Call" This feature is similar to the witness executive recording where the client can push a button and record a call directly to VM."

The button is "audix-rec". Came out in either CM1 or CM2. I believe there is also a requirement on the Intuity release as well though.
