I re-programming an application to work with computers that have YA installed. The application selects a number from a database and dials it and records the call, saving the wave file with a name that relates to the CallID that is set by the programme. I have got the dialling part of the programme working OK but am having problems with the recording. As soon as I start the recording (via TAPI) the voice of the Callee sounds broken up to the Caller and this broken up sound is what appears on the recording. The Caller's voice sounds OK to the Callee but it is not recorded.
I feel that there must be some simple setting that I need to change to get this working, because the recording function on the softphones works fine.
Has anybody got any experience of this please?
