I'm trying to limit the columns in a crosstab formula.
Here is the condition I'm working with:
{HISTORY.CATEGORY} in ["CDT Dealer Telephone Support", "CDV Dealer Visitation", "CTS Technology Update Support", "COA Other Customer Activity"]
I only want to show 2 columns in the report (CDT Dealer Telephone Support and CDV Dealer Visitation) but have the data from all of them.
Is there a way to combine the CDV,CTS,& COA into 1 column that is named CDV Dealer Visitation.
thanks,
Scott

After adding the column to the crosstab, select the column field, choose "Group Options"->specified order->choose the two selections you want displayed from the dropdown list->choose the "Others" tab and choose "Put all others together with the name:" and then enter the name you wish.
