I have 2 tables, t1 and t2, linked up equal join. Thing is when I select using t1, there are 4 records, however when I place a field from t2 into the report, each record comes up 3 times, making it 12 records...not sure what is going on. I'd appreciate any help.

Many thanks in advance.

It just means there are three records in t2 for every one record in t1, i.e., a one-to-many situation. How you deal with this depends upon what you intend the report to do/show.
