Record on Parent Form Won't Save

I have a Parent form that has only two text boxes. The text boxes grab data from a search form. But when i add data to the subform, nothing saves. I noticed that if I remove the routine that grabs the info for the parent form's text boxes and manually enter that information, it works fine. It seems that the record will not cycle unless I manually place something in one of the text boxes in the parent form. Can anyone help me on this?

You might try adding a docmd.save statement to the routine that grabs the data for your main form.
