Help! I've got an application with several users. Sporadically (the worst kind of problem),we'll get a 'record is deleted' message when trying to print a report.
I can go to the table and look at the data and when I try to sort the table, I get the 'record is deleted' message. I'm trying to determine where the problem is occuring. In the meantime, how can omit these records from appearing in a combo box lookup?

Ray,
I know this is probably not the answer you want. But I have found (through a very simular problem) that the record(s) are being deleted by users (and most likely they don't even know it).

There are 2 ways around it. Simply take away the users deleting capabilities or Do not base your forms directly on the table, use recordsets.

Stinky answer I know, but believe me I went through hell with this problem.

Thanks. I wrote this application when I was very new to Access and I would sure do things differently!
