Record does not synchronize among different machine

I have just upsize my Access database (Access 2003) to SQL server 2000. I keep the Access as front end so I do need to change anything.Everything looks fine after the migration.
However, I found out that whatever data updated or input from one machine will not updated to other machine, not even after you move back from next record. (it doesn't happen before I unsize the database to sql server. Any change from one machine will display on the other machine after 1 or 2 sec when both are viewing the same record).
Any idea how to fix this?
