Record Config changes via Syslog

Hello I have the Logging service running on several of my Cisco Routers and Firewalls. I am trying to figure out how I can send Config changes to my Syslog Server.

We are hoping to use this for monitoring any changes made or attempted on our Cisco devices. I have been unable to achieve this so far.

If anyone has a 3620 or a Pix 525 that could help point me in the right direction for this process I would appreciate it.
