i dont think voice mail is the answer for this one as to the ammount of calls he would getting and they would have to be stored
equipment installed

KXTDA100
16 port digi card
PRI card

is there a way to do this its not something i have done before so i dont know where to start
anyone have any help

opps sorry to mkrve i dropped this in your post by mistake

look at Call Capture from Voice Control Australia .
I have this software in a small call/booking centre they used it to record voices to confirm bookings and also for recording abusive customers
all PC based working off a TDA30, files are in a .wav format but if you have a lot you may need a large hard drive to store.

is the call collected via the a usb connection to the phone ext

no, the Software uses a server PC connected to the TDA via RS232 cable (SMDR) and the Agent PC's are connected to it via a LAN, look at for more detail

BTW the above software is the third party stuff recommended by Panasonic here in Australia.

I used this company for a client on his T-1 and it works great. Theyre a bit light on the tech support but when you do get someone they know what's up.

Look at the Personal Logger - you can install it on the phones you want "tapped" and it will record onto their PC or a network drive. The device is listed at $89 each. Sounds like you'd need four of them.

Cheers

its a pitty the Personal Logger doesnt store cid im sure the customer would require this. i wonder if the logger thats works on your pri would work here i dont know if there is any differnce between the pri here and over there other than the fact that you get 24 channels and we get 30.

i will pop them a mail to see if they know.

thanks for the info

peter.(
