Does anyone know if there is a recording system that is compatible with the Partner ACS that can be used to record calls in a small call center environment? I would appreciate any information you could provide. Thank you.

I have used a product made by DynaMetric in the past and it records to the pc at the phone. I am not sure it is for a "call Center" but it works well and not to expensive.

skip555 and kwing112000,

I appreciate the input. I will check these out. Thank you.

Yes, as mentioned Digital Loggers. Ask for a guy named Thai. Easy as pie to install. I suggest that you install them on the station sets instead of the the actual trunk or DID line. This method will allow you to get away with a fewer number of loggin ports and it will be easier to locate the calls since you usually know who uses what phone.

If you log lines then you will have to find a call log by going thru each and every line log.

I am using the 16 port logger with a 7 station call center set using single line sets with a Partner 6 ACS. My customer even remote accesses his PC from anyhwere in the world via the internet and downloads the call log files and listenes to them anytime and anyplace. He has even emailed the files to others.
