nortel do a remote observe product called miros where by you can log into the card and listen in on agents, record the call or ftp it off to a server to listen to later.

Nortel's IDVR card works well for recording ACD calls. I recently went on a DEMO at a company called Telstrat who makes the IDVR card. It works well for internal and remote/home agents. The website is:
NICE also makes additional call center recording software/hardware I have not gone on a demo of there product but hope to soon.
