This isn't a critical problem, but i don't seem to have an answer to fix it.
My customer uses 4 different information mailboxes in their CCR tree, which has been in place for several years.
They have decided to change the order of where the content of the messages appear in the tree and have made those changes on their own and changed the greetings in each mailbox, so everything on that side is working OK.
However, in the company directory, these still show up as their old name, which doesn't match their purpose. Not what you see on the display, but what you hear, when the mailbox name is announced.
When you log in to the info mailbox, where you could press 8 for admin (or press admin), then 1 to change the name in the directory, this doesn't appear.
so there doesn't seem to be a way to change the Audible name, on an info mailbox.
I don't want to delete the mailboxes and rebuild them because i would have to remove them from the tree first.a lot of work for such a minor problem.
I haven't tried going into the Call Pilot Manager with a PC, just via telset programming.
Does anyone have a solution?
