i have a 3300 at one of our customers site, it was recently upgraded from 7.1.4.9 to 8.0.8.8
since then record-a-call is no longer working.
all programming is inplace, advanced vm licence valid etc.
has anyone else experienced a similar problem.
can anyone confirm if record-a-call works on 8.0.8.8
