hi,

i have a 3300 at one of our customers site, it was recently upgraded from 7.1.4.9 to 8.0.8.8

since then record-a-call is no longer working.

all programming is inplace, advanced vm licence valid etc.
has anyone else experienced a similar problem.
can anyone confirm if record-a-call works on 8.0.8.8

Yes, I can confirm that it does work. Have selected the relevant options in COS.

Knowledge is power, thats why we share!
 
thanks, mitel have confirmed there are bugs in 8.0.8.8 though that can affect record a call. ive deleted all the prgramming and reinputted it so guess ill see what happens monday after a reboot
