Record a Call Question 1

I am working on a BCM 3.7. I try to acivate "Record a Call" using Feature 989 while on a call. I get a "not allowed" message in the screen. I can not find where it has to have anything else except a Mailbox with the same DN as where the call is being recorded from. Can someone tell me what I am missing?

There is a "enable record call" option within the mailbox class of service that has to be enabled using Callpilot manager
