Hi everyone,

I would like to know if the Partner system will allow you to change the record a call announcement message or simply turn it off.

The Merlin system allowed this as a hidden system option and I am wondering if any one knows how to do this in the Partner system.

If you are wondering if it is a legality issue: we are in Louisiana and calls can be recorded as long as one party knows that the call is being recorded - and that one party can be us.

Also, the Merlin hidden system feature to change this is posted on Avaya's support site (dated Feb. 2005).

Nope,I don't think so. I asked this question a long time ago and was told by Avaya it can not be changed. If it can please post it.Thanks
