Record A Call on MiCollab 1

Hi Gents,

can you remind me how to enable record a call on MiCollab NuPoint. License is already assigned to ARID and synced with AMC. If I do a getids -l it tells me the license is Installed but disabled, how do I enable it? Cheers,

mount the 1st Nupoint DVD and then use add applications to add it

you might also need to change the Ports in MIVB from 5020 to 5240

Thank you Billz66. This was a migration from MiVoice Business Express to individual MiCollab and MiVB, so some NuPoint Applications didn't install correctly, I presume due to licensing issues.

Mounted DVD then went to:

ServiceLink -> Install Applications -> Install Applications TAB -> Cleared check box Download From AMC -> Checked MiCollab NuPoint UM record a Call -> Install

Then when I checked getids -l it showed the 140 as Installed and Enabled

Good one - FYI record a call not supported on express
- happy that Express now end of life , can get back to full functionality again .

FYI, at MiCollab 9.0 and above, the MiCollab can download the Record-A-Call feature online and you no longer need the .ISO
