Record a call Issue 1

Good day all Mitel guru's,

I have an issue with a 6510- record a call option. I can record a call - if I called a party, but if I received the call, I cannot record the call (this is for both internal and external calling)

Was wondering if anyone had this problem and came up with a solution. I have tried looking for troubleshooting in the Mitel Documentation, but everything comes up with page had been removed, or cannot be found.

I happened to be talking to ESNA today and I asked about this.

This is a known issue and is fixed in the latest software Rel 2.0 UR4
