We have a Public Safety/Inform 3.1 system. CLS, and Inform and SC servers and 5 loggers/NCF3's.
When we do a search in Reconstruction , the calls show up in the result window. When we click on them to playback, a red x shows up and a error saying " Server return no audio for this call"
I look in SC and there are 200 calls for that date / group.
The info in the result window looks normal, Archive class is 1.
It appears calls for other groups ( same dates ) on different loggers are OK.
Warranty ended March 28th...
Any ideas / suggestions ??
