Hi There,
We use webEx (conference software, allows presentations to be controlled / displayed remotely) to share presentations with our colleauges around the world (all on PCs), however when running from a G5 power mac we loose our connection (internet / mail still works fine) and are logged out of the meeting. The following error message appears

Automatic reconnection was unsuccessful
Do you want to try reconnecting to the meeting again?
Cancel Reconnect

If we select reconnect there is pause, and then the same error message appears!

If we select cancel the following message appears

Exception Thrown

Error: -61

Function:SaveToPreferences
File:cRecentDocMenuAttachment.cpp
Line # 532

Cancel Debugger Abort Continue

if we select debugger the programme quits. The only way to rejoin the meeting is to shut down the webex completely, and rejoin meeting.

Can anyone please advise what the problem may be as the support provided by WebEx has been poor. Their web site says they do support Safari 2, OS X 10.4.8, although i believe they do not yet support Intel Macs (i am running a G5). Finally if we use a PC we have no such problems.

Hope someone can help

Simon

Have you tried using Internet Explorer? While rare, I still run into sites that only have full functionality with IE. If it's not on your machine, and did not come with the machine, you should find a copy on the MS Office install disc.

Using OSX 10.3.9 on a G4

Cheers for the advice, have tried IE and get the same problem!
