reconnect openphone27

Hello,

One of my openphone 27's has gone faulty (ex4010) and I'm trying to replace it with a another less used one until I get a replacement (ex4012)

Can someone try to explain how I'd do this, I've tried recreating the phone in 'Wireless phones IP Set configuration' but the phone just shows 'Searching for a dect system'

How can I get the phone to register and start using the extension I've set?

Many thanks for your help... I understand that this may seem a bit simple to some but I'm a bit new to this.

remove the phones in the 3300 and in the dect. then add again in both
