reconfig pri

I have a customer that is trying to reconfig their pri in a merlin magix.I don't have the knowledge to do this.Verizon is doing the pri.Can anybody help me to do this.Please contact me. Or can I contact someone to do this

If you have to ask, you need a pro. I have done one PRI on a Magix. While getting the PRI up and running sending and receiving calls was actually easy using the step by step guide I found here, the hard part was the call handling. Majorly difficult. Your modest investment in labor will more than pay off.

Actually I had you and Tom in mind when I wrote that, Jack. Your step by step guide is what I used to config that PRI I did in May. Never would have gotten it right had it not been for that.
