Reconect Problems

Three of my users in a remote office are getting booted from their Citrix session. They then auto-reconnect, but to a different session, thus losing all their work. Does anyone have any suggestions?

How are the client users connecting---cable, sat, dial-up or DSL?

Also, what method is being used for connection---such as Program Neighborhood, etc?

The users are using DSL and they are connecting through the ICA web client. They are not using Program Neighborhood.

Pity in that case. I had some answers related to PN, but not web client.
