Reconcile Utilities- not working

I'm trying to run Reconcile-Utilites, but it keeps giving me this message -"You can't complete this process while transactions are being edited." I got everyone to logged off. I ran check links already. What else can I do? Any suggestion will be appreciated.

If everyone is logged off the system, make a backup of the database and run Delete SY00800 against the Dynamics database. If this doesn't help then run Delete SY00801.

What is the SY00800 and SY00801 tables? Does this applies to GP7.5?

yes, it is under dynamics dictionary when you log into sql query manager

Yes, you would need access to Query Analyzer, or have your systems admin do it.
