RECONCILE 997 TO 810 IN GENTRAN

How do I set up a trading partner with outbound810 & inbound 997?
I have the outbound 810 working, and receive a good 997 from the customer. When I try to process the 997 they are unknown, and will not import. I'm using Gentran 4.5, and could use assistance getting the 997 to work correctly.

We are using Gentran Server 5, Try this only few setups might change from 4.5, go to partners, Select your customer in that and click on Inbound on the right and click on new, here you can define your inbound 997 transaction.
