Hi,

every week we have this in our schedule! i have no idea what it does but it always locks up at 11%.

whats is this schedule and what might cause this problem.

the only way i am stopping this is in task manager then carry on doing my changes.

Recocile is supposed to compare what OTM has as apposed to what the PBX has and delete what is not needed from OTM...I think. Do you do regular Retrievals, if not you should especially if anyone uses the PBX terminal sometimes to make changes.

PBX terminal?

all we ever seem to use to Station Manager and/or (is it?) the VT220 terminal which we set up the voice mail on.

vt220 terminal is the PBX terminal, if you have OTM but use the terminal then you need to syncronize OTM periodicly

is there a reason it would be crashing tho? it is always at 11%. i dont care about it doing the schedule but i do want it to finish as that would mean it is never syncronizing
