I work for a hospital group and we have mostly NEC 2400's and a 8300 in place. Currently our support contract has come finished up and we are in the midsts of switching to Cisco VoIP and need some short term support. What are some companies/options you guys would recommend for NEC support? We do also have a couple Nortel systems in place at some of the clinics we've aquired that we will eventually migrate to Cisco as well. Per my superior, based on pervious support the hospital has had, we will mostly want phone support but may need remote/webex support from time to time as well. He wants me to cover all bases.

Thanks for your input.

I am located in St. Joseph, MI (SW Michigan). but like I said most of the support would be phone or webex/remote.

I support 2000's and SV8300's remotely. I am NEC certified. I charge $40 per incident and results are guaranteed. I fellow co-work of mine is 2400 & SV8500 NEC certified as well. Post if interested.
