Hi

we have a new asp application, which I'm about to set up within IIS 6.0. Now live should be ok because its on a different server completely to test and train so I just create one website and I'm away.

on the server holding dev, test and train ! I could do with some advice on how to set it up.

the folder setup is as

\\testserver\software\appdev
\\testserver\software\apptest
\\testserver\software\apptrain

each folder will have its own global.asa, but I don't mind test and train running from the same environment (changes in one affect the other) but dev must be completely seperate
what is my recommended setup through IIS.
do i need 2 websites or virtual directories ?
also although the directory name may be appdev, I'd like the user to be able to just type \\testserver\dev in the url

thank you very much
keith
