Recommended reading for MSCS ?

Hi All,

Looking forward a couple of months, I will be installing & supporting a W2K Adv Server/SQL Server 2000 Ent ed platform.
Does anyone have any recomendations on good web resources for these ?

I have found some on SQL Server clustering, but can't find much at all on MSCS.

I am especially interested in any setup & monitoring info.
