Recommended Proxy Server?

We're running Windows 2000 Server and would like to add a proxy server to the internet that can track where employees are going online, block sites, etc. Can anyone recommend a good program to add to the server? It can run on the same server or a seperate one.

I would suggest setting up a Linux box to handle your proxy server needs and then install squid-proxy a really good proxy server. we have been using it for quite some time without any problems.
