Hi

We are considering investing in a good quality colour printer at work to print letterhead paper and company brochures. This is not my area of expertise and I don't want to buy the wrong thing.

I would be grateful if anyone can suggest any printers which would be good for this.

Cheers

Our companies preferred suplier is HP. You need to decide whether to go with laser or inkjet. This can usually be decided by cost, speed of print, quality of print and amount of usage.Laser printers generally print quicker, with better quality and are more apt for large office use but at a cost a particually good laser printer can cost over £3000 new and uses four toner cartrides that last around 10,000 pages of print and cost between £100 and £200 to replace. Inkjet printers have their uses though, you can print photo quality pictures and the purchase cost and replacement of cartridges is considerably less but at the expense of being less profesional finished product ( e,g brochures )
So cost, quality, speed and usage,... its down to you now.

If you dont ask you wont get :)
