Recommended Call Accounting for CUCM 6.1

We are going to lease some phones to a new tenant in our office. We need to have a call accounting software so we can charge their Long Distance phone usages.

What is the recommended Call Accounting software for CUCM 6.1? that can create an accurate phone record and record LD usage preferable that can create LD phone bill.

What would be the estimate cost to purchase the software?

We have about 500 users.

The problem in the Netherlands, I don't think differs from the USA: you don't get a pulse from the local phonecompany. So the rates may differ what your programs think the rate is, and what the real rate is...

The best way, in may oppinion, and cheapest and most easy way is to setup caller ID. Ask you local phonecompany to put the numbers of the tenant in a sepperate group, and voila!
