I am planning to take Data warehousing exam being conducted by Brainbench.com. I have the following questions:

1. Are there any other websites/institutes for certification for data warehousing concepts.
2. What is the recommended Books for the Brainbench test .
3.Are there any websites for downloading sample questions/on-line demo tests.
