Recommendations on PHP editor for Windows?

Anyone have suggestions on a PHP editor for Windows? (or suggestions on editors to avoid?)

I'm looking for an editor that offers:
- color syntax highlighting
- syntax checking
- PHP context sensitive help

I'm new to PHP using PHP 4.3x (until my hosting provider upgrades to PHP 5). I will be writing code on a Windows workstation and posting the PHP code to a remote (hosted) Linux server for execution and testing.
