Hi all,
I am wanting to replace our current modem pool with a digital solution so that we can connect at 56K to our domain. My knowledge is depressingly lacking in the telecommunication world and I am hoping that some of you can recommend either solutions or pointers to information that will help me improve my understanding of the technologies available. We only need 4-8 numbers to dial in on, but we must also be able to use one 800 number that will roll from line to line until it finds an open one. We are tentatively considering connecting 4 ISDN BRI lines to to a 3com 1500 switch, but quite frankly I don't understand the technology well enough to know that this is a good idea or not. Thanks in advance for any and all input.
