Hello,

Can anyone please recommend a template editor to modify my tpl files. My preference is one that is WYSIWYG type. Oh, and also a free one too :)

Your help is apprecaited.

Thanks,

Chris

i use aptana these days. it is a code editor, not a page designer. but the safari/firefox/whatever previews mean that development is pretty straightforward.

outside of aptana I use Dreamweaver, but it's far from free. you could probably pick up a copy of MX for a few quid on ebay though. there is no particular value, to my mind, of the last two versions over the previous.

I think there are tons of editors out there with syntax outlining for various types of files. PSPad ( is one of them. I think there is a highlighter for template files.
